JRW ESQ, a boutique corporate and commercial legal practice with a sophisticated portfolio of large firm-level clients, seeks an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer to support existing and growing client work. This is a unique opportunity to blend large firm sophistication and client opportunities with a boutique practice structure.
Unique Opportunity:
Large firm corporate, commercial and M&A practice
Compensation commensurate with large firm partner levels, utilizing transparent formula
NOT necessary to bring a significant book of business; work capacity needed to support existing business demands
Ability to set one’s own billing/work targets

Qualifications/Role:
4+ years (up to senior associate/partner) experience in large firm, sophisticated corporate, commercial and/or M&A practice
Ability to manage one’s practice and client needs/matters/transactions independently
Strong substantive skill base, project ownership, responsiveness and client-focused communication skills
Responsible for directly producing high-quality work product
Ideally located in Central Ohio or within State of Ohio
